FULL BIOGRAPHY
At age 38, Mark Witt was an undeniable success. So much so, in fact, that after 17 years with a growing public company, he’d become the organization’s youngest-ever vice president.
But Mark wanted more — for himself, his family and others. That burning desire and entrepreneurial spirit inspired him to launch Witt Financial Group in 2000.
More than a quarter century later, Mark’s passion for building, protecting and growing his clients’ wealth through sound planning and disciplined investment management remains strong. His true goal of arming his Tennessee friends and neighbors with the confidence to live their fullest lives has never changed or wavered. Using an honest and upfront approach, Mark provides custom strategies and unique insights into the inner workings of Wall Street to help his clients and their families for decades to come.
“It is an honor to do my small part in ‘saving the world’ by helping individuals and families reach their financial goals and become successful in legacy planning,” Mark says. “The work we do here today has the potential to last generations.”
A native of Knoxville, Mark has called Crossville home for four decades. He and his wife, Glenda, and their two sons, Jordan and Grayson, are an integral part of the community. Jordan graduated from East Tennessee State University and, as WFG’s vice president, is primed to eventually take the reins of the firm. Grayson is an active Special Olympics participant.
